		<description>Hey Daniel - how do you reconcile Tim Connor&#039;s point no. 6 (Business is not about winning or looking good but serving others well) with your DEW on Winning essay?  They seem (to me at least) to be somewhat in conflict.  And I think that today&#039;s flattened world where it&#039;s easy for anyone to have a voice favors Tim&#039;s argument.  What do you think?</description>
