Hi, Dan,
I've preached a similar sermon on several occasions! It was wonderful to have someone preach it to me! And, you did it so skillfully!

You are on target, Dan. Managing--no conquering--ego is essential to driving an innovation to fruition. A highly resolved passion is also essential if one is to overcome ego and the countless other barriers to success.

At the end of the day, however, I don't think the personal battle is against myths. I believe the forces of failure battle against our own sense of purpose. If deep and sustaining passion drives a strong moral purpose, it is very, very difficult to fail.

Enjoyed reading your blog!

Please don't debunk my perception of reality. I am enjoying my delusion of grandeur.
