		<description>It is so easy to miss the signs.  We easily fall into the trap of thinking our own thoughts instead of listening to what the customer is saying.  We lie to ourselves (especially as Americans) and say &quot;If I just keep my nose to the grindstone, It will all work out&quot;.  Whatever.  Better to pause and listen.  Look around and make sure you know where you (and your customer) are.</description>
