If the average conversation lasts 2.3 minutes and the average sales pitch is 23 minutes…. something tells me our prospects stopped listening more than 20 minutes ago.
I am simply stunned that the average conversation has been determined to be 2.3 minutes.
I do not even know how it is possible to discern such a thing, but if it is true, I am surprised at the length of time…just seems way too long in this ADD society of ours. Possible though.
Just seems like the majority of conversations are 2.3 seconds….admittedly, just a guess

This was in reference so sales discussion. Most "small talk" is pretty innocent in preparation for the "pitch"… Seems a little silly!
