Afraid of Being Lonely.

You have no problem shouting back when people disagree with you.

That’s your natural reaction.

Even though there is conflict, you are not alone in the fight.

It’s lonely when you’re the only one who sees the vision ahead.

When no one even cares to fight with you.

It takes emotional courage.

Lonely is a scary place to be.

But being an effective leader means you don’t let the fear of being lonely stop you from pushing ahead.

From doing the hard things that changing the world demands.

The place you want to be is ahead of you.

Amazing doesn’t stay lonely for long.

I like the lonely part at the end. That’s what I’ve always felt like in trying something totally new and outrageous. Almost seemed like no one wanted to be on board.
