You’ll hear experts tell you that if you “have a marketing platform” for your business that you can launch an endless stream of successful products and each one will leverage the experience of the previous one. All with you out of the picture.
It’s shocking ridiculousness.
Based on the dual insanity that hard work doesn’t really matter and that you can exploit other people and be successful in the long term.
Neither of which work. Ever.
Which brings about a startling observation you need to think about.
Progress isn’t some “day labor” ditch-digging assignment you can hire out to anyone. That’s your mission. That’s your job.
It’s the only things that truly matters in your business. And it demands your leadership.
Your experience. Your passion. Your insights.
And there is just no way to shortcut that. No platform big enough or business process smart enough to replace what you bring to your company.
Face it. You can’t be replaced.
So why are you trying to sucker-punch your odds for being successful? Why are you attempting to blow-up one of the most amazing thing you’ve done so far?
It’s a waste of all your hard work and talents. You don’t need to be the center of attention all the time. This isn’s a discussion about machismo, ego, and “always being right”. That’s stuff doesn’t work long term any way.
It is a reminder that there is no easy route. There is no shortcut. No silver bullet. And anyone who pretends otherwise is just flat-out wrong.
Sadly you’re the one who ends up paying the cost of believing such nonsense.
