You Gotta Like the Taste of Blood.

Let’s be frank.  You won’t be successful at much of anything if you aren’t willing to fight like a maniac to get what you want.

You have to enjoy the combat.  Relish it. Crave it. Expect it.  Plan it.

You have to want to grimace in the middle of the battle, lick the blood off the corner of your lip, and start swinging your sword again.

You have to want that.

It doesn’t mean you’re fearless. If doesn’t mean you can’t get hurt.

It just means that you need to want to fight for what’s important to you.

Because if you don’t want that you’re not going to make it. Your dream isn’t going to survive.

And that’s probably not something you can tolerate.
