The Power of Hope.

A bigger budget isn’t the secret to getting faster business results. Neither is more attention.  More staff.  Or a better public relations angle.

It takes hope.

You have to believe in your plan, the people around you, and your potential to  do something amazing.

Just because you have a strategy on paper doesn’t mean you are destined for greatness.  Just because you start executing that strategy doesn’t mean you’ll get the results you expect.

You need to believe in you.

And that’s not just “lip service”.  It’s life service.

It’s you being committed to achieving success — even when things start to look like they are headed in the wrong direction.

Hope evens the odds.

You can’t buy it, fake it, or live long without it.

Hope makes the difference.

So make it part of your business culture.

Hire people you can believe in.  Train your people to trust their gut.

Give others the benefit of the doubt.

And keep asking those around you: “What are we hoping for?”
