The Secret To Being Heard.

As a business leader you have probably asked yourself more than once “How many times do we have to keep saying the same thing?” Whether you are a priest, prophet, or a principle in a business, you need to have your message heard.

Your success hinges on you being heard.

So immediately you might start to focus on two possible problems: (1) No one is listening or (2) You aren’t saying the right thing.

Both of which are obvious and easy to fix.  Talk where the right people are listening.  And start talking about things that people care about.

But those aren’t your real problems.

Your real problem is longevity and repetition.  Guts and stamina.

You aren’t doing the right thing long enough.  That’s the secret.  Nothing works if you don’t work hard enough.  Not your business.  Not your message.  Not the results you want.

Your effort and creativity make the difference.

That’s why discipline is so important.  And sticking it out.

If you want to be heard, you need to live your message.  Be your message.  Let it consume your.  Wash over you.  Empower you.

That’s when people start listening.
