Talent Isn’t Good Enough.

There are a lot of people who are naturally smarter than you.  They have better degrees, more experience, and a gut instinct that is more refined. But you can beat them all, almost all the time.  Because talent isn’t the best determinate for success.

Tenacity is.

Skills matter.  But heart matters more.

  • It matters when hiring key executives.
  • It matters when trying to close big deals.
  • It matters when you are trying to fix bad habits.
  • It matters when delivering better marketing.

It matters all the time.

Because winning matters all the time.

Remember that the next time you find yourself impressed by the smartest guy in the room.

Talent isn’t good enough.
