Joanne Black has spent massive amounts of time refining the craft of getting referrals — the life blood of small businesses everywhere.
I love her mission statement on LinkedIn: “My passion is to transform the way every sales team and sales person works. I know I won’t eliminate cold calling, but I want all salespeople to receive referral introductions, get the meeting at the level that counts, arrive pre-sold, and convert sales prospects to clients more than 70 percent of the time. No other sales or marketing strategy comes close to these results.”
That’s why I wanted to spend a few minutes with her talking about referrals and technology and cold calling.
