The One Fight You Should Always Run Away From.

Being around negative people will suck the life out of your dreams. Instead of leaving those people feeling motivated, you’ll leave feeling angry. Instead of wanting to push your own limits and achieve more, you’ll find yourself depressed — wallowing in self doubt and looking for revenge.

Cynics, critics, skeptics, “reasonable people” — whatever they call themselves — they are not your friends.

Their mission is to bring you down.

Their goal is to crush your spirit. To destroy your ambition. To break your belief in accomplishing the impossible.

The longer you spend time with negative people, the more dejected and miserable you’ll find yourself. Avoid them at all costs.

If they are at your church, find a new place to worship. If they are at your school, find a new place to learn. If they are family members, then move out and stay away. If they are in your community, then avoid those parts of town.

You can’t handle it.

You might think you’re tough enough to wage war against negativity, but you’re not. It will break you. The acidity and passive aggression will cripple your spirit.

You’re not going to inspire negative people. Or transform them. You’re not going to lift them out of their misery and malcontent. You just have to stay away before you get stuck in the same filth.

Keeping your head straight — staying focused, motivated, and mentally tough — is the most important part of winning the war to be successful.

It doesn’t matter what your goal might be, being miserable won’t get you any closer to success. Miserable people won’t propel you past the obstacles in your way.

It’s on you to stay tough.

That means you have to avoid the enemy before they steal your passion for breakthrough.

It’s not a laughing matter. It’s not something to shrug off. It is important to avoid negative people. It’s the biggest reason you’ll end up failing.

If you’re urgent about solving the problems in your way, then you need to be urgent about doing whatever it takes. And what it takes is avoiding negative people.

Don’t complain about being miserable and uninspired when you allow yourself to be mentally abused by idiots you could just walk away from.

Think about that.

Then go live life on your terms. Rise above the negativity trying to hold you back.

Deliver excellence without apology. Be awesome. Be motivated. Be inspired.

Avoid negative people.
