Be. Do. Have.

Whether you achieve success or not directly depends on the stories you’re telling yourself. Right now.

Think about that. The stories you repeat to yourself are the limits you are putting on your success.

Instead of just explaining that you tried and failed, you tell a story about how life treated you unfairly. That limits your ability to be successful in the future.

Instead of just trying something different or reaching out for help, you revert back to your story. And it’s a depressing, downward spiral. The more you fail, the better you get at telling the story of your failure. About explaining it away. About pretending like it was done to you. Against you.

A better story means a better future. fewer limits. And more happiness.

So what sort of story should you be telling yourself?
