The Big Takeaway: Jealousy is a natural defense mechanism, but it will crush your purpose if you are not careful.

We all have things that are “sore” spots for us and we have a tendency to be either secretly or overtly jealous of people who can do the things we want to be able to do. No matter what that thing is.

I’m no different.

I’m jealous of lots of different people for a lot of different reasons. I recently had an epiphany that when someone does something with ease that we wish we could do, being jealous can destroy the good things we could be having or could be doing.
