You have probably heard a trainer, coach, leader, or guru tell you that before you can achieve success you have to know what you want.

There’s truth to that. You can’t achieve what you cannot imagine.

In other words, before it becomes real in life, it has to be real in your imagination. You have to believe it to be possible.

Or at least hope that it might be.

To build a better life you have to have a bigger vision.

No matter what you’ve accomplished so far, there’s always room for more.

Leveling up isn’t just for people who want to make millions — it’s for any of us who want to make micro-improvements in our happiness, health, fitness, education, and every other important part of life.

Probably the easiest way to have a bigger vision is to learn what others have accomplished.

It’s hard to stay discouraged after you have read the life story of others who have gone on to be successful despite difficult circumstances.

Their journey is a lot like your journey.

What they went through is most likely the same sort of things that you will find yourself going through.

All of us have that universal connection. Regardless of how successful you are, or want to be, you are human.

You think like a human and behave like a human. Your default reactions are not robotic.

They are not always ideal, perfectly crafted, or reasonable.

And that’s perfectly all right.

The greatest weapon you have in pursuing a bigger vision is that you’re human.

All the other people with which you will interact on your quest for achieving your big vision will operate the exact same way that you do.

They will have different life experience. They will likely have a different default response system. They won’t act or think exactly like you do. But they are you. And you are them.

Which is awesome. Because you now have a roadmap for dreaming bigger. You now have a plan. A guide. A template.

You don’t have to dream on your own. Nor should you.

Here are a few of my favorite books — guaranteed to help you dream bigger by being inspired by the stories of others.

  6. Relentless: From Good to Great to Unstoppable by Tim S. Grover [AMAZON LINK]
  7. Mindset: The Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck [AMAZON LINK]

Take your game up a few levels when it comes to money, fitness, mindset, and discipline.

Leverage the lifetime and lessons of others to stay on track and inspired.
